In the past two months, both of the members of are team have had the privilege to visit The Little White House, vacation home of Franklin D. Roosevelt! President Roosevelt came to Warm Springs, GA several times each year to bathe in the mineral waters, which were believed to aid polio patients. It was here on April 12th, 1945 that Roosevelt experienced a cerebral hemorrhage and died shortly afterward. The house is now a national park and features a museum, hiking trails, as well as The Little White House itself. I thought I would share some photos with you all of our visit! Also at the museum, was a special temporary exhibit on the role of chaplains in WWII. Hope you've enjoyed these photos and that you'll be able to visit one day!
